A Sanctuary of Peace: The School Chapel
Nestled in the basement of the Primary School block, our beautiful School Chapel is a serene and uplifting space designed for prayer and reflection. It serves as a spiritual haven for students, staff and parents, inviting all to seek solace amidst the busyness of daily life.
Central to the chapel's ambiance is the presence of Jesus in the Most Holy Sacrament, the source of all graces. Accompanying Him is the statue of Our Lady Consolata, our beloved patroness, who intercedes for our school community and brings comfort to all who turn to her. The chapel features a beautifully crafted altar, where we occasionally celebrate the Eucharist and a large crucifix that serves as a reminder of Christ's love and sacrifice.
The chapel is utilized during pastoral instruction lessons, providing a sacred space for teachings that require the chapel’s spiritual elements. It is also a place for administering the sacrament of reconciliation and offering spiritual guidance to those in need.
Most importantly, the chapel remains open to all, allowing pupils, staff and parents to find a quiet place for prayer and contemplation. Whether seeking peace, guidance, or a moment of reflection, our School Chapel stands as a welcoming refuge for everyone in our school community.
